Most municipalities allow you to submit un-stamped drawings for residential and other non-commercial occupancy types less than 5,000 square feet, but you will need to verify this before I can help you. Terms of Service

Pre-Paid Services

All projects are handled on a prepaid basis. Each project generally involves 30–40 hours (often more) of personalized consultation, detailed video explanations, and ongoing project support. Once payment is received, your project will be immediately placed in the pipeline of work. Thank you for understanding and respecting the value of my time and expertise!

License Information

ATDrafting & Consulting provides affordable drafting services to customers who do not require the services of an architect or engineer. ATDrafting.com is not licensed to, nor provides “stamped” drawings. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify this requirement with the local municipality where the project is being built. Most states do not require licensed professionals to stamp drawings for residential occupancies under 5,000 square feet and under three stories. Check your state laws and call your local building official and/or zoning office to verify these requirements prior to hiring ATDrafting & Consulting.

Printable Drawings

Drawings are delivered via PDF (24"×36" or 11"×17") which you can have printed at any local printing service. Do not change the paper size or the drawings will no longer be to scale.

Ownership of Drawings and Intellectual Property

ATDrafting.com maintains shared ownership of drawings produced. PDF and digital files are for the sole use of the client and their project team. These files may not be resold, redistributed, or used for any other project without written consent.

Limits of Liability

The client agrees to hold ATDrafting & Consulting harmless from any liability or claims related to bodily injury, death, property damage, or other expenses arising from the use of any drawings or services provided. Verify all local codes, zoning, and licensing requirements before commencing construction.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued before project completion, less a $200 administrative fee plus any hours already invested, billed at $75 per hour.

Agreement for Services

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Payment constitutes acceptance of this document as the binding agreement. No separate contract is required.
